Harmony Smudge Wand - Prairie Sage, Rosemary, Bougainvillea, Yerba Mansa

grown + harvested : organically + locally + sustainably - these plants are from a garden in Tempe, AZ.

Artemisia ludoviciana is used as a sacred sage and is known as prairie sage, silver woodworm, silver/western mugwort, estafiate, man sage, sagebrush, or sagewort.

With increasing popularity, both, White Sage (Salvia apiana) & Prairie Sage (Artemisia ludoviciana) are disappearing from the wild and are of concern to many tribes, which is another good reason to cultivate these or alternative plant species.

The population of these wild sacred plants can become at risk of being endangered because they may be overharvested unsustainably due to them being in such high demand. We can learn to grow these sacred plants ourselvs or smudge with a myriad of various sacred plants (that grow in abundance) that have similar properties as white sage.

Burning white sage and “smudge sticks” (which is the harvesting of its stems and tying the stems together), was and is used for cleansing and purification ceremonies.

In this smudge wand you will find Rosemary, Prairie Sage, Bougainvillea, and Yerba Mansa.

Prairie Sage & Rosemary are both antibacterial so they both physically purify the air and are great to use in the home or in your car when you or your family is experiencing any illness.

This blend is for cleansing and blissing. Transmute stagnant, dull, low, unwanted energy and invoke peace, harmony, balance, love, serenity, joy, a state of bliss and uplifting energy.
